WimmerCorp.com is a private, non-commercial family portal operated solely for personal use by members of the Wimmer family. This site is not a business, does not generate revenue, does not offer goods or services to the public, and is not used for any commercial purpose.

Access is strictly limited to invited family members who have been explicitly granted access by the site administrator.

Access to WimmerCorp.com is by invitation only. Users must authenticate via a Google account associated with the @wimmercorp.com domain or be explicitly granted access by the administrator. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

5. Availability & Changes

WimmerCorp.com is a personal project operated without warranties of any kind. The administrator is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues arising from use of the portal.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive and store the following information from your Google account:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google account profile photo
• An OAuth access token and refresh token to make API requests on your behalf

Additionally, data you enter into the portal (such as fitness log entries) is stored in our private database solely for your personal use.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Display your Google Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Photos, Contacts) within the portal
• Store personal data you enter (fitness logs, settings) for your own use

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your information to any third party for any purpose. Your data is never used for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

4. Google API Data

WimmerCorp.com uses Google APIs to display your personal Google Workspace data within the portal. This data is accessed in real time on your behalf and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for authentication (access tokens). WimmerCorp.com's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a privately administered server hosted by DreamHost. We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session handling, and access controls. Access to the database is restricted to the site administrator only.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account on the portal. If you wish to have your data removed, contact the administrator directly and all personal data associated with your account will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies & Sessions

This portal uses session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated login state. No third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are used. Cookies are marked secure and HttpOnly.

8. Your Rights

As a user of this private portal you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account settings
